12 new motel units and refurbished and altered house as Manager’s Residence.

Motels were built in three separate two storey blocks each to a slightly differing design but all reflecting the architectural styles of the surrounding residences.

Concrete floors to ground and first floors with steel framework to first floor level otherwise predominantly timber framed construction, solid plaster cladding. The complicated and time consuming roof lines were finished in concrete roof tiles with butynol gutters and flat areas.
