The Tower

An existing five storey building was gutted right back to “bare” shell, six new Insitu Concrete Walls were installed on each level plus below basement and at basement level as part of the structural strengthening work. Once completed work began on constructing the 68 units (96 beds) and the basement service and recreational areas. 
With each unit having it’s own bathroom/kitchen facilities each floor was serviced by a series of Service Ducts for ease of installation. Fully decorated, fitted out, sprinkled, secure (swipecard access only) plus the option to use communal facilities such as the AV Theatre make this a unique experience for it’s clients. Its close proximity to the Southern Institute of Technology and Central business district further enhance it.
