This project was carried out in two stages; the first stage was the conversation of an existing building into the new Holden showroom which involved the complete gutting of the building right back to the shell and extensive structural works to the exterior envelope to enable installation of large glazed areas. The second stage was the complete gutting and refurbishment of the ground floor level of the existing Toyota Showroom.
