This contract was for the construction of the new 4000m2 Placemakers Outlet including the retail area, trade store and drive through, a mezzanine floor housing offices and amenities and the associated trade yard and car parking areas. The building was of Concrete floor, Precast and Steel portal construction, clad in coloursteel.
