This challenging project required the addition of a third floor on the existing building and staged refurbishment of the total building.

All work was completed on the building while the Client remained on the site and fully operational. This made the project challenging both from a construction perspective and logistically with departments moving in to each refurbished stage.

The completion of the work in close proximity to the Client’s activity required close liaison between Contractor, Consultants and Client staff to minimise disruption to the Client’s operations.

Contract Value: $1,484,827.00
