University Oval Redevelopment

Total rebuild of the existing grandstand while retaining existing historic façade. Construction of a new 3 level annex behind the existing grandstand with a glazed Atrium link between. Ancillary buildings – groundsmans building, media centre and toilet block also formed part of the contract.
