This project was for the construction of a 6 bedroom house and guest accommodation including 4 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living and Dining Rooms. The construction materials at the Lodge are of special note with a wide selection of materials incorporated into the project. These being; Copper Roofs, Hinuera Stone Walls, Cedar Fascias, Balau Windows and Doors and Southland Silver Beech Ceilings.

This project required careful attention to detail and an extremely high standard of finish.

The site itself has spectacular views overlooking Lake Manapouri and the Waiau River.
