This large house constructed in 2007 /2008 includes a guest house, cantilevered lap pool and helipad to the garage roof.
The home features Tasmanian Oak finishes and flooring together with substantial use of schist and sandstone paving.
The quality of construction was recognised by the Registered Master Builders Federation by being awarded a Gold Award for the Southern Regional and The Gold Reserve Award in the National Competition in the New Homes over $1 million category.
