This four storey commercial building in Central Queenstown is clad with schist, copper and cedar, and is serviced with a passenger lift.

The building was constructed within tight site confines, with minimal disturbance for the other buildings on Shotover Street, while concurrently constructing the adjoining Man Street carpark building.

Once the building was complete, ABL fitted out the Southern Lakes English College's rooms as per their design and requirements.
